Ymunodd y corau gyda\u2018i gilydd ar ddiwedd y gyngerdd i ganu Hafan Gobaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arweiniwyd c\u00f4r Llwynderw gan Sammy Bond ac Angharad Bean, gyda Bethan Wynne Phillips yn cyfeilio. Linda Willliams oedd arweinydd c\u00f4r Bryn-y-m\u00f4r, a Chris Lewis ar y piano. Chris Lewis arweiniodd G\u00f4r y Gweilch a Berian Lewis ar y piano.
